Hy-Many House

Parts of this house date back to the 1860s, making it one of the oldest structures in Johannesburg. It started life as the Boschkop farmhouse before being transformed into a grand country estate by Randlord John Dale Lace at the beginning of the twentieth century. In the late 1920s, Tom Kelly acquired the estate and renamed it Hy-Many in honour of his family home in Ireland.
