82 Second Street Orange Grove

The three remaining single storey freestanding buildings forming part of the historical streetscape preservation in Orange Grove. The residences from around 1920’s show a good example of double gabled elevations with a corner stoep supported by a row of columns and natural stone plinth. James Ball (29 May 2017): The Heritage Impact Assessment mentions that planning approval for a motor shed was granted in 1911. Heather Williams is the architect on the relevant form. I have obviously not included these details on the entry.
